    1. Forgiveness = giving up the HOPE that the past could be any different, not approval for the negative things that happened.
    2. Learn to release the anger that is causing you harm.
    3. If you allow the past to define your present, then you never really get to live the life you were given. You are always defining yourself to what was or what could have been.
    4. Revenge is another way ego shows itself; when you feel you “deserve” things and people have done you wrong.
    5. Its not always what you SAY when you are in the room, it is your ENERGY! People can FEEL your ENERGY!
    6. When you surrender to the anger, you are giving up your valuable energy and you can’t let any goodness in. Releasing anger lets the beauty into your life.
    7. Every relationship teaches you a lesson about yourself! Seeing a person in the light of love, releasing the negative perception of what you wanted from them so the past does not hold you as a prisoner.
    8. Make a decision for right now and access your true power.
    9. You don’t forgive for the other person. You do it to release the burden of anger from yourself. Accepting for what it was and moving forward with your own life; and that’s the only life you have control over.
    10. Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. So you can be free. So accept the power that is within you and that power will allow you to further succeed.
    11. The best students get the hardest tests. (Iyanla Vanzant)
    12. Anger serves something in us. That’s why we hold on to it.
    13. Many test people’s love for them: “How badly do I have to behave before you leave me?” - They do this out of fear which plays a huge role in releasing their Ego. The respondent reacts, also, out of fear; a possibility of losing one they love.

    BONUS LESSON {Iyanla Vanzant}

Only 2 forms of emotions: Love & Fear.

    4 forms of Fear:

    • Losing Control; of others, of yourself
    • Not being seen as worthy, valuable, respected, etc.
    • Helpless, vulnerable, weak
    • Losing someone’s love or being rejected from love

The anger, the grudges, the resentments - how are you letting it stain your life?

  • "Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle."

Steve Jobs is my idol and truly revolutionary.

  • Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
    ~ Steve Jobs (1955-2011) RIP
